Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) and Flooded Cell Batteries
- IEEE 1188 Capacity Testing
- Comprehensive inspection of all connection points
- Infra-red scan of individual jars and interconnect cables/bus bars to detect thermal anomalies
- Individual Jar load testing
- Individual jar voltage/resistance testing to determine float levels
- Complete test reports
Battery Replacement
- New Battery installations (VRLA and Flooded Cell)
- Conduct test analysis. Includes visual inspection of battery posts and connection points, individual jar voltage/resistance tests to obtain float levels, inter-jar connection tests and re-torque to optimize integrity of inter-jar connection
- Complete Test Report and Analysis
- Battery disposal with proper certifications of liability given for disposal
